RETURN POLICY
WOMENS STORES
*Calypso will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. All requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt.
*Sale merchandise is non-refundable and returns will be issued in the form of an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase.
*Without a receipt, we will gladly exchange or issue a store credit on unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise based on the current selling price.
*Merchandise must have hangtags attached.
*Calypso gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
*Online purchases may be returned in any Calypso boutique, except outlet locations. Home merchandise may only be returned online or at a Calypso Home store.
*Final Sale: Personalized and final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all lingerie, all items that have been altered, and all sale merchandise with an additional discount taken off current price are final sale.
HOME STORES
*Calypso will gladly accept returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. All requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt.
*After 14 days, a store credit will be issued for full-price merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase.
*All sale merchandise is final sale.
*All special order merchandise is final sale.
OUTLET STORES
*All sales are final.
SHIPPING POLICY & RATES
All orders are shipped and delivered by UPS on business days only, (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
We ship within the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to the US Virgin Islands or Guam.
We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Fragrances may only be shipped via UPS GROUND. Fragrances included in an expedited order (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) will be shipped separately via UPS Ground and separate shipping fee of $12.95 will be applied.
