My Order

Q: Can I edit or modify my order once it has been submitted?
A: Once an order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping team. We cannot add or remove items, change sizes, colors, etc.

Q: I am ordering a gift for someone. Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: During the checkout process, please select ADD GIFT OPTIONS and GIFTWRAP THIS ITEM. Gift wrapping is free of charge. No prices will appear on the item or the inner packing slip.

Q: Do you have a size chart?
A: Fit details will be listed under the Details & Fit tab on each product page. Feel free to call our Customer Service team if you have any questions about the fit or size of an item.

Q: Can I place my order over the phone?
A: Absolutely! Our Customer Service representatives are available Monday-Friday 9:00am – 6:30p EST.  Please give us a call at 866-422-5977.

Q: The size/color I am looking for is not available online. Can you help me find one?
A: Please call or email Customer Service. They will be more than happy to help locate your item at one of our boutiques.

Q: What is your policy for price adjustments?
A: Calypso St. Barth will honor a one-time price adjustment within seven (7) days of the shipment date. Price adjustments are only offered on full price merchandise. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Calypso St. Barth Customer Service by phone at 866-422-5977 and refer to the order number found on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Some promotions may be excluded. For purchases made in store, please contact the boutique directly. Sale merchandise is ineligible for any price adjustments.

Returns

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery date. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Q: How do I make a return?
A: To return an item to Calypso St. Barth Online, please obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) from Customer Service or by logging into your account. Carefully package your merchandise and send it back to us. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed. Once completed, an email with a copy of your refund receipt will be sent to you.

Q: Can I exchange something online?
A: Calypso St. Barth Online does not offer exchanges by mail. Please place a new order for the style you are interested in. Full priced merchandise ordered online may be exchanged in store.

Q: What if an item will not add to my bag?
A: Be sure to select both a color and a size. Even though there may only be one color or one size, both must be selected in order to add it to your cart.

Q: I received a gift, how can I exchange it?
A: Please contact Customer Service or a local boutique directly for assistance.

Q: Can I return sale merchandise?
A: Any sale merchandise with an additional discount applied and all Sample Sale/Final Sale merchandise is considered final sale. This merchandise cannot be returned at any time.

Shipping & Billing

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, Calypso St. Barth can only ship to the 50 states.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
A: We can only ship to physical addresses. Please add note that we cannot ship to APO/DPO/PO Boxes/military addresses and that we can only ship within the US. 

Q: Do you deliver on the weekends?
A: Calypso St. Barth Online is only able to deliver packages Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders generally ship within 3-4 business days after it has been placed. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Selecting an expedited shipping method (UPS Next Day Air and/or UPS 2nd Day Air) will only change the amount of time in transit – these orders will still require 3-4 business days for processing.

Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
A: A UPS tracking number will be emailed to the address on file once your order has shipped..

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept gift cards, internationally based credit cards, PayPal, or Discover.

Q: Can I use my Calypso St. Barth gift card online?
A: At this time, Calypso St. Barth gift cards can only be used at our boutiques, they cannot be redeemed online.
