Calypso St Barth Online

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date with original tags attached.
  • All merchandise must have hangtags attached; swimwear must have hygiene liner intact; shoes must be returned in their original packaging with box and dust bag and without scratches on soles.
  • Sale merchandise that is less than 50% off of original price can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Final Sale and Sample Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all lingerie, all items that have been altered, and all sale merchandise that is 50% or more off original price are final sale.
  • Damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported to Calypso St. Barth Online within 14 days of receipt. In the event that we process an order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace that item or accept it for a full refund.
  • We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the date received. Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Online purchases may be returned or exchanged in any Calypso St. Barth boutique. At this time, Calypso St. Barth Online does not offer exchanges through the mail.
  • Items purchases in store must be returned to a store, and cannot be returned to Calypso St. Barth Online. Please contact a customer service associate for assistance.
  • Home merchandise purchased online may only be returned to Calypso St. Barth Online or to a Calypso St. Barth Home or Lifestyle store.
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Please select the appropriate return reason code and mark it next to the item you are sending back.

A - Too Small
B - Too Big
C - Not As Pictured
D - Incorrect Item / Color
E - Did Not Like / Changed Mind
F - Quality
G - Damage

*If an item has an X in its return code field, that item is not eligible for a return.

Enclose a copy of your invoice with your merchandise and complete a return reason code for each item. We recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information. Please note that we can only accept responsibility for packages shipped from Calypso St. Barth boutiques. We do not accept C.O.D packages.

REFUND

Once your package has been received by Calypso St. Barth, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Returns are not processed on the same day they are received. You will be notified via email when the refund has been completed. Please note that for credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Calypso St. Barth.
