Calypso St Barth Online

  • Calypso St Barth will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • All merchandise must have hangtags attached; swimwear must have hygienic liner intact.
  • Final Sale: Personalized, special order and final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.  Please note that all lingerie, all items that have been altered, and all sale merchandise with an additional discount applied to current price are final sale.
  • Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Calypso St Barth Online within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the date received.  Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Online purchases may be returned or exchanged in any Calypso St Barth boutique, except outlet locations.  Calypso St Barth Online is unable to exchange merchandise.
  • Home merchandise may only be returned to Calypso St Barth Online or to a Calypso St Barth Home store.
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable.
  • Returns are not processed on the same day they are received.  Your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your order when this transaction has been completed.  Please note that for credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Calypso St Barth

How do I return merchandise to Calypso St Barth Online?

Please obtain a Return Authorization Number (see under “How do I obtain return authorization?”) and address the package to:

Enclose a copy of your invoice with your merchandise and seal securely.  Please ensure that your package has both an RMA # and order # printed.

How do I obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number?

  • If you have an existing account with Calypso St Barth Online, please log in and locate the appropriate order under Past Orders.  If you do not have an account, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
  • Click Create Return.  Select the item(s) and reason for the return and click Create.
  • Once approved, your authorization number will be emailed to you within 1 business day of your request.

We recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information.  Please note that we can only accept responsibility for packages shipped from Calypso St Barth boutiques.

We do not accept C.O.D. packages.


Calypso St Barth Home

  • Calypso St Barth Home will gladly accept returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.  All requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • After 30 days, a store credit will be issued for full-price merchandise
  • Home merchandise may only be returned to Calypso St Barth Online or to a Calypso St Barth Home store
  • All special order and sale items are final sale
  • Shipping rates are non-refundable
